Shipping policy

Our Processing times for items marked “Ready to ship” are currently 1 - 3 business days and can vary based on order volume and inventory. Items that are not marked ready to ship will take 5 to 7 business day to ship. 

Shipping times will vary based upon the shipping method of your choice. The estimated shipping time that is calculated at checkout is the amount of time it will take to get to you AFTER your order has been accepted by usps. 

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation on the 5th business day after your order is placed, please reach out to us via the chat on our website. For example. If you place an order on Monday, processing times start on Tuesday, if you havent received a tracking number by thursday , you would reach out to us on that friday. If you place an order during the weekend, processing time will begin on the following monday. 

 

If your tracking number does not update within 24 hours of receiving it please reach out to us immediately, please do not wait any longer than that, reach out after 24 hours.

Orders not shipped within 10 Business days will be eligible for a full refund.
