Refund policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please reach out to us via our website chat or your customer account. We will do our best to accommodate you.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must show up as being lost when tracked and/or you havent received your order within 21 business days. If your item is damaged and unable to be used upon arrival, you will receive a full refund. You must submit proof of damage within 24 hours of your package being delivered to be eligible for a refund. 
To request a refund, you can contact us via the chat on our website. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
